Pinder Enterprises - Nassau

David Pinder founded Pinder Tile in 1985 after he had trouble locating fine tile for the new home he was building in Nassau. He believed that the Bahamian marketplace needed more and better competition. He understood that Bahamians wanted a better quality tile, but at a fair price.
He was so right! Soon, Bahamians from all around Nassau and the Family Islands were finding their way to the Pinder Enterprises Building near the corner of Prince Charles and Fox Hill.
Soon the business outgrew its location at Pinder Enterprises, and in May, 1997, Pinder Tile moved to its own location at 200 Prince Charles Drive. The new state of the art facility has 10,000 square feet of warehouse, storing more than 60,000 pieces of tile, marble, stone, and brick. Pinder Tile has entered the New Millennium
