Seaside Real Estate was founded by Vernon Curtis in 1973 out of a desire to highlight the amazing real estate investment potential in The Bahamas in general, and Exuma, Bahamas, in particular. Having been active in real estate sales since 1969, Vernon Curtis believed that no one can tell the history and share the wonderful insights of Exuma like a native - someone who was born and lived on the island. Vernon Curtis was proud of his knowledge and attachment to this gem, known as Exuma. Vernon was a visionary community leader and his vision continues to provide strategic direction for the company.
