POSITION AVAILABLE:

Customer Service Associates - Full time (Nassau)

This work involves contact with customers who are shipping packages. You will check shipping addresses, perform packaging quality inspections and complete sales transactions. Computer knowledge is required, including package tracking, package processing and daily records processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with all aspects of customer care including greeting clients, answering queries, providing updates, completing transactions etc.

Requirements

• BGCSE In English and Math
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
• Must be able to navigate internet and email
• Must be reliable, organized, team oriented, and a quick learner, and must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in an office environment preferred
