Customer Service Associate (Warehouse)
A local Bahamian company seeks mature, qualified candidates to fill the position of Customer Service Associate (Warehouse).
Core Responsibilities:
• Answer the telephone and take detailed messages.
• Greet and assist customers.
• Communicate verbally and electronically.
• Will need to learn Bespoke “Company” System.
• Use office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Maintain detailed records.
• Cross train in other associated areas (to provide backup/relief as appropriate).
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and vendors.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Requirements:
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Punctuality
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable working in a small office environment with a results-oriented team focused on excellence.
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals and deadlines.
• A cooperative attitude with a strong work ethic is a must.
• Knowledge of warehouse, shipping and or logistics is a bonus.
