A well established company is seeking to fill the role of Truck Driver. Must be able to drive Stick Shift.


This position has responsibility for deliveries and driving a box truck, piggyback forklift. We are looking for an energetic, motivated, self-starter, who is reliable. Our Truck Drivers are to communicate clearly with customers, fellow team members and supervisors. All team members are responsible for courteously greeting customers, serving customers, and transporting merchandise safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct, and customer is satisfied.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents related to deliveries.
• Responsible operation of equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Assisting with warehouse duties when not on deliveries.

Experience/Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Bahamian driver’s license and clean driving record
• Police Record
• NIB
• Passport
• Previous driving experiences required of duty flatbed truck, tractor-trailer truck and piggyback forklift; hands on experience with high/low transmission.
• Proficient in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Availability to work flexible shifts
