As a Teacher's Aide for toddlers, your role is crucial in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Your job description include:

1. Assisting the lead teacher in activities
2. Supervising and engaging toddlers in play-based learning experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
3. Providing individualized attention and support to children who may need extra assistance.
4. Assisting with diaper changing, feeding, and other basic care routines for toddlers.
5. Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment, including organizing materials and sanitizing toys.

6.Assisting with classroom management and behavior guidance strategies to promote positive interactions and a sense of community.
This role requires patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children. Previous experience working with toddlers or in a childcare setting is often preferred. Additionally, a background check and relevant certifications in early childhood education may be required for this position.
