JOB DESCRIPTION – Customer Service Representative
Currently, the company is seeking to employ a Customer Service Representative, preferably a female. Prior experience is not required as training will be provided.
JOB SUMMARY
Customer Service Representative responsibilities encompass managing customer inquiries, generating sales quotes, and ensuring timely payments from clients. Engage with customers to address their needs, provide product/service information, and facilitate sales transactions. Oversee accounts receivable, contact clients regarding overdue payments, and accurately record and post payments to maintain financial records.
Responsibilities include:
Communication;
Documentation;
Team collaboration; and
Adherence to Policies & customer service.
Requirements
BGCSE Math and English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Program
