Sales & Operational Assistant Full time
Responsibilities & Duties
The Employee occupying this position is responsible for efficiently completing all tasks necessary for the day-to-day operations of the retail location. This person must have their own transportation.
These responsibilities include:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Welcoming clients to the store, answering their queries, as well as assessing their needs and providing assistance and information on product FAB while utilizing the company's sales process to close deals.
Establishing and achieving agreed upon sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Driving sales through prospecting, following up, in person promo and marketing campaigns
Handling customer exchanges and complaints where possible to ensure purchase satisfaction.
Supply management with reports on sales trends, customer needs, problems, interests and potential for new products/services.
Monitoring & Managing social media platforms, primarily the engagement on all social media platforms includes ensuring timely replies to client inquiries via direct messages, comments, post replies etc.
Operations
Perform weekly (2x) inventory checks based on physical count and cross-reference with stock counts in POS to confirm accuracy.Note : Any discrepancies should be reported first and then rectified.
Performing quality checks on stored inventory to ensure there are no inconsistencies and report findings to upper management.
Checking, recording,and coordinating shipment manifests, ensure location is replenished and has records.
Cross-checking weekly revenue and preparing bank deposits, ensuring adequate change for float.
General duties include:
Drop Off & Pickup of Shipments
Organizing & Completing Bank Deposits
Shipment Management (Sorting/Organizing Shipments)
Performing delivery services
Generating and Facilitating sales
Assessing all POS transactions to confirm accuracy
Prospecting and following up with clients in an effort to hit sales targets.
Tracking sales data
Ensuring completion of all reports such as data tracking, special order, etc.
