A suitable company is looking to hire a skilled Junior Accountant to perform a variety of Accounting / Bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain accounts receivable records and prepare billing statements

Record invoices in accounting software and ensure timely payment of invoices, obtaining appropriate authorization for payment.

Updating financial records via accounting software

Provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department

Qualifications

Associates Degree or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field

Must be proficient in QuickBooks

Three or more years experience in similar role

Accuracy and attention to details

Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
