Retail Sales Associate (Freeport, Grand Bahama)

Information Technology Company in Freeport, Grand Bahama is seeking to fill the position of retail sales associate. The associate
will be responsible for a variety of task related to product sales, managing inventory and customer service.
The successfull candidate must have a basic understanding of computer hardware, software and devices and
must have the ability to explain and demonstate the use of computer and technology devices to customers.
Sales associates are the public face of our brand and an important part of our customer experience.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Greeting customers, responding to questions in store and via social platforms.
improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
Operating POS System, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
Achieving established goals.
Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
Increasing in store sales.
Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
Stamp, mark, and tag prices on merchandise
Superior product knowledge. (knowledge of Computers and related hardware preferred)
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Sales Associate Requirements:

High school diploma.
Retail sales experience.
A professional appearance.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision
The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
