The switchboard operator's primary job description consists of answering and transferring calls.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate system, and other electronics.
  • Booking Appointments - General Service, Wheel Alignment etc.
  • Sending Quotes
  • Assisting Roadside Service Team
  • Assisting Sales Team
  • Sales support
  • Ability to diffuse customer complaints.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer service.
  • Ability to remain professional at all times.
  • High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
  • Computer Literate
  • Ability to work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
