We are looking Food and Beverage manager
Food and Beverage manager will be responsible for creating an exceptional Food and Beverage experience for guest and will assist in overseeing all aspects of the department's operations including revenues , food costs budgets inventories, sanitation and discipline within the department.
Ensure optimum delivery of F&B processes and services balancing a pragmatic approach with approach with the need to consistently deliver services to a standard of excellence
Assist Director with short and long term planning and management o F&B operations in front and back of house to achieve and exceed forecasted revenues.
Ensure F&B activities are aligned with company strategy, values and standards
Develop and recommend the budget marketing plans and objectives
Coordinate the selection, purchasing, storage, inventory, maintenance and usage of all related food and beverage supplies and equipment
Develop new techniques of service for maximum quest satisfaction at minimum operating cost.
Investigate and resolve and F&B complaints
Review invoices for products and services and analyze variances while taking corrective actions
Monitor budgets and payroll records and review financial transactions to ensure expenditures are authorized and budgeted
Approve menus and based on trends
Recruit, train and discipline catering team in coordination with Human Resources
Uphold company's key values and brand standards to encourage team to maintain culture of excellence and achieve top results
Ensure seamless flow of information between F&B teams
Stay current on F&B industry trends
Perform other duties as assigned.
