Esso - Nassau

Good morning/afternoon,my name is Edwin Thompson and I'm frequently a customer at all Esso stores. However last night between the hours of 6:00pm and 6:30pm I was in your village/soldier road store where I wanted to purchase a $5.00 top up but it didn't happened. I gave the cashier 5 dollar bills and ask them how to go about using the top up machine which they helped me with, as I ask for the 5 dollars to put in the machine the cashier told me she thought I moved my money already but I didn't. During the time I was operating the machine another customer came in who also was served and maybe took the 5 dollars after she said she rest the straight 5 back for me. I was not notified that my money has been changed so I never moved or expected anything so I told her the customer who was just there had to had taken it but she was dumb-founded like "what customer" and kept repeating that she thought I moved my money long time. During all of this there was a guy I assumed was the supervisor there during the whole incident so I proceeded to ask them if that's it for my money. I never got an answer if u look at the tape you'll see that I stood waiting on an answer but never got one so I told them everythings cool. 5 dollars is a small amount of money and I'm not really worried about that part but it's the service and the way I felt disrespected as if they didn't care when its clear they were not doing their job. I will be letting my wide range of friends know this but I will wait on a response from you first,it never should be this hard to spend with a company but I look forward to hearing from you.
