SALES ASSOCIATE

A Jewelry company is looking for sales associate help customers identify and purchase products that suit their needs and preferences, approaching potential clients, offering advice, helping hesitant customers make a decision, closing sales, preventing store thefts, and reporting to upper management.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and meet customers when they arrive at the shop
• Listen to customers need and explain to satisfy as a customer
• Present customer the needed jewelry and provide information regarding pricing and discounts
• Help customers wrap and bag their purchase
• Take charge of all the inventories in the shop by entering them into the computer
• Help in the daily display of all the items which are available for sale in the shop
• Entertain customers and answer queries respectfully
• Ensure regular increase in sales of jewelry products
• Achieve goal set by the employer
