1 POSITION DETAILS
▪ Position Jr Accountant
▪ Reports to Chief Financial Officer

2 JOB DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS
Job Summary
The duties and responsibilities would vary but would include accounting for all business transactions with journal entries, updating financial statements, preparing monthly financial reports, calculating payroll (when necessary), auditing and maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree – Business Administration/ Accounting

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Prepare and enter journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and review accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with VAT reports and business renewals
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts
• Process payroll (when necessary)
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Monitor and analyze financial data
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues
• Communicate with vendors
