Position: Teacher’s Aide (Part-Time)

REQUIREMENTS

• Assisting with classes for children between the ages of 3 to 6.
• Computer savvy is also a plus.

• A postgraduate certificate in education, a teaching certificate or equivalent.
• Willingness to support the school’s leadership development, curriculum, and Accelerated Programme, including teaching advanced courses such as APs and SAT lls. Experience in teaching virtual courses and advanced courses is preferred.
• Two professional references.
• Willingness to support after-school activities.
• Ability to stand and sit, when required, for extended periods to appropriately teach, access all areas of campus, and lift objects up to 15 pounds.
• Successful applicants will be expected to commit to work in harmony with Christian principles and support the emphases of The Bahamas Conference of the Methodist Church.
