A suitable company is looking to hire an experienced Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Work closely with CEO & CFO to formulate strategic and operational objectives to ensure efficiency and profitability for all segments of the business.

Strong Financial acumen and understanding of risk analyses.

Develop business scorecard metrics aligned with driving the market share of the business.

Ability to develop and measure scorecard metrics and communicate results and recommendations to management.

Be able to analyze market trends and make informed decisions on areas needing business growth and development.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients.

Support and help facilitate company culture change through team building initiatives.

Oversee budget forecasting and resources allocations.

Design internal team activities, and professional development opportunities that will strengthen team engagement and inclusion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, finance or related field.

Master's Degree is a plus.

Finance or Senior Accounting experience required.

7+ years Senior level experience in operational position

Work independently and able to multitask.

Strong analytical capabilities assessing data and generating insights to provoke the senior leaders.

Strong Excel skills is recommended.

Very comfortable building executives level presentations, Powerpoint skills is critical.
