Job vacancy IT Support Specialist

The position of IT Support Specialist is responsible for support of the computers, users, and processes that provide day-to-day operational functions within the group and as directed by the Chief Information Officer or Director of I.T.

• Administration of Windows
• General PC hardware and software support
• Wired and Wireless Networking
• PBX setup and provisioning

• At least 3 years experience in an IT Support related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• A valid driver’s license

Experience with the following technologies would be considered an asset

• Trams / Clientbase / Sabre
• Linux
• Asterisk
• Sage
• TimeTrex Time Attendance
• Ubiquiti
• WatchGuard
