I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Tucson from Quality Auto on 19th November 2012. From that day to now, I’ve had issues with my car as follows:-

1) Dec 2011 – the car would not start. A few days later I was told the transmission had a factory fault.

2) June 2012 – again, my car would not start. The next day I was told that the battery died.

3) July 2012 – I took the car back to the Service Department because the a/c was not cooling. I was told the compressor or condenser went bad and it needed to be replaced.

I asked “Mr. Knowles” why doesn’t Quality Auto just replace my car. He said that is not their policy and that they will just “keep fixing it until they can’t fix it anymore” (!!!).

My car is supposed to be a “brand new” car. I do not believe it should have these problems so early on.
