Review of Royal Bank Of Canada Loans Collection Centre

Y'all directory and online services sucks. I have been trying to get in contact with loans collection for days and not one response. I even went to one of the brances to PAY no less and asked the gentleman what is my fee. He gave a low figure that I was sure was only this month's payment when I needed to pay more in order for my funds to be released. I was sent to two other persons who could not help. And now I have to wait to be bombarded by telemarketers asking when I am coming in to pay whatever the amount is because I have no idea what to pay when I go in to the bank/try ALL the numbers in your directory?

Come on RBC, get it together or stop harrasssing your clients.
