Review Poor Service and Quality Control at Southwest Location

I have never had a pleasant customer experience at the Dairy Queen (drive-thru) Southwest location. The staff on the mic always seem to have a challenge hearing. There’s a Pineapple Sundae on their menu, but despite paying for it, they seem to have a difficulty putting a reasonable amount of pineapple on the ice cream that would qualify it as a PINEAPPLE Sundae, and because you pay for extra topping which now comes in an extremely small “sauce” container, it seems they’re now putting even less topping on the ice cream itself.
