Job Responsibilities:

• Follow recipes and prepare dish components as dictated
• Clean and maintain prep areas
• Assisting with stocking of inventory and supplies
• Ensure attention to detail and adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
• Follow instructions of Lead Cook
• Raise any potential issues immediately to management to ensure timely mitigation
• Be able to adapt to a changing environment and new policies, protocols, and standards
• Other responsibilities as required by management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1+ year(s) cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and procedures
High School Diploma
Food Handlers’ Certificate

PREFERRED SKILLS
Baking Knowledge is a strong plus
Strong attention to detail
Friendly and positive attitude/mindset
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Clean and organized
Strong Communication skills
